Exciting, Long, Fun, Exhausting Weekend

I don't know what it is about us, but if you remember the little incident with both Chucky Cheese and the circus, you know that we have a tendency to overdo.

So this weekend my mother-in-law came down with my two nephews. We ran, ran, and ran some more. We totally exhausted ourselves, but we had a blast.

Friday when Connie and the boys got here, we went to Bella's and got the kids hair cut. Oh how cute. Bo got another mohawk, Kenzi got an actual cut, Kelsi a bang job and trim. They look so much better. They no longer look like the shaggy children that they were. Then we were off to the park. We let the kids run and play to their hearts content. It was fun to just watch them.

Then we came home to an awesome meal of Ham and Cheese Pockets and let kids play some more.


Saturday morning we were up and at 'um. We made the kids an awesome breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and FRENCH TOAST! Mommy's favorite. (You can tell who does the grocery shopping)

Then it was off to Wal-Mart, so we could hit the fishing hole. We bought all the things that we needed including, new licenses for Jason and I, then off we went. After $200 dollars at Wal-Mart for all the things that we needed for the first fishing trip of the year, all the work getting over there, ONE fish was caught. One, little bitty stinking perch. Heck, there wasn't even enough to clean. So congrats Tanner you were officially fisherman of the day.
